TheoPass היא אפליקציה ואתר ללימוד לקראת מבחן התאוריה לרישיון נהיגה בישראל, המופעלים על ידי Loometheus ("אנחנו"). מסמך זה מסביר אילו נתונים אנחנו אוספים, למה, ומה הזכויות שלך. האפליקציה אינה מכילה פרסומות, ואינה משתמשת בערכות מעקב או אנליטיקה של צד שלישי.
אפשר להשתמש באפליקציה בלי להירשם. במצב זה ההתקדמות שלך (שאלות שענית, דוחות מבחנים, תזכורות, התקדמות בתרחישי הנהיגה) נשמרת רק במכשיר שלך. כדי לאכוף את מכסת השאלות היומית החינמית ולמנוע ניסיון חינם חוזר, האפליקציה יוצרת מזהה התקנה אקראי; לשרת נשמרת רק גרסה מגובבת (hash) שלו.
ההרשמה נעשית בכתובת דוא"ל וקוד חד-פעמי, ללא סיסמה. אנחנו שומרים את כתובת הדוא"ל, קודי כניסה (שנמחקים לאחר השימוש או פקיעתם), רשימת המכשירים המחוברים לחשבון (מזהה מכשיר ומועד שימוש אחרון, כדי לאכוף את מגבלת המכשירים), את גרסת תנאי השימוש שאישרת ומועד האישור, ואת ההתקדמות שלך בלימוד (מזהי שאלות שענית נכון או לא נכון, דוחות מבחנים ודו-קרב, תזכורות ותרחישי נהיגה שהושלמו) כדי לסנכרן אותה בין המכשירים שלך.
באפליקציות לאנדרואיד ול-iOS התשלום נעשה דרך Google Play או Apple, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. אנחנו מקבלים ושומרים את פרטי העסקה הדרושים לאימות הזכאות (מזהה עסקה, מוצר, סטטוס ומועדי חידוש) – לא פרטי אמצעי תשלום.
באתר התשלום מתבצע באמצעות חברת קארדקום (CardCom), ופרטי כרטיס האשראי מוזנים ומעובדים אצלה בלבד. אנחנו שומרים את מספר ההזמנה, הסכום, סטטוס העסקה ומזהה אסימון (token) שקארדקום מנפיקה לחיוב מנוי חודשי, יחד עם הנתונים שקארדקום מחזירה לנו על העסקה (כגון תוקף הכרטיס ומספר הזהות של בעל הכרטיס, אם נמסר). מספר הכרטיס המלא לעולם אינו מגיע לשרת שלנו.
כמו כל שירות אינטרנט, השרת שלנו רושם ביומני תפעול את כתובת ה-IP, סוג הדפדפן/המכשיר ומועדי הבקשות, לצורכי אבטחה ואיתור תקלות. יומנים אלה נמחקים בתוך זמן קצר (עד 30 יום). כל התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS).
אם הגעת לאתר דרך מודעה שלנו (כתובת נחיתה ייעודית), אנו רושמים את מועד הכניסה, כתובת ה-IP, סוג הדפדפן/המכשיר ומזהי הקמפיין שבכתובת (כגון gclid ו-utm), כדי לדעת כמה אנשים הביאה המודעה. רשומות אלה נמחקות בתוך 30 יום. במכשיר עצמו נשמר סימון שהגעת מקמפיין; הוא נמחק עם איפוס האפליקציה.
איננו מוכרים נתונים ואיננו משתפים אותם לצורכי פרסום. ספקי שירות המעבדים נתונים עבורנו: Google Play ו-Apple (רכישות באפליקציה), CardCom (תשלומים באתר), ספק שליחת דוא"ל (קודי הכניסה בלבד), וספק האחסון של השרת שלנו באירופה. במשחק דו-קרב מקוון, הכינוי שבחרת ודגל השפה מוצגים לשחקן שמולך.
אפשר למחוק את החשבון מתוך האפליקציה: תפריט ← חשבון ← מחיקת חשבון (הסבר מלא בעמוד מחיקת החשבון). המחיקה מיידית ומוחקת את כתובת הדוא"ל, המכשירים, קודי הכניסה וההתקדמות המסונכרנת. רשומות רכישה נשמרות (ללא כתובת הדוא"ל, למעט גיבוב שלה) כדי שרכישה ששולמה תוכל לשוב לחשבון חדש, וכנדרש לצורכי חשבונאות; גיבוב מזהה ההתקנה נשמר כדי למנוע ניסיון חינם חוזר. הנתונים שבמכשיר נמחקים באמצעות "איפוס" בתפריט או בהסרת האפליקציה.
השירות מיועד למי שרשאי להיבחן במבחן התאוריה בישראל ואינו מכוון לילדים מתחת לגיל 16.

TheoPass is an app and website for studying for the Israeli driving-theory exam, operated by Loometheus ("we"). This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are. The app contains no advertising and uses no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
You can use the app without signing up. Your progress (answered questions, test reports, reminders, completed driving scenarios) then stays only on your device. To enforce the free daily question quota and prevent repeated free trials, the app generates a random install identifier; only a hashed form of it reaches our server.
Sign-up uses an email address and a one-time code, with no password. We store your email address, login codes (deleted once used or expired), the list of devices signed in to the account (a device identifier and its last-use time, to enforce the device limit), the version and time of the terms of use you accepted, and your study progress (ids of questions answered correctly or incorrectly, test and PvP reports, reminders, completed driving scenarios) so it can be synced between your devices.
In the Android and iOS apps, payment goes through Google Play or Apple under their privacy policies. We receive and keep the transaction details needed to verify entitlement (transaction id, product, status and renewal dates), never payment-method details.
On the website, payment is processed by CardCom; card details are entered and processed there only. We keep the order number, amount, transaction status and a token reference issued by CardCom for monthly billing, together with the data CardCom returns about the transaction (such as card expiry and, if provided, the cardholder's ID number). The full card number never reaches our server.
Like any internet service, our server writes operational logs containing the IP address, browser/device type and request times, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted within a short period (up to 30 days). All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
If you reached the site through one of our adverts (a dedicated landing address), we record the time of the visit, the IP address, the browser/device type and the campaign identifiers in the address (such as gclid and utm), so we can tell how many people the advert brought. These records are deleted within 30 days. A marker that you arrived from a campaign is also kept on your device; it is removed when you reset the app.
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising. Service providers that process data for us: Google Play and Apple (in-app purchases), CardCom (website payments), an email delivery provider (login codes only), and the hosting provider of our server in Europe. In online PvP, the nickname you choose and your language flag are shown to your opponent.
You can delete your account inside the app: Menu → Account → Delete account (full details on the account deletion page). Deletion is immediate and removes your email address, devices, login codes and synced progress. Purchase records are retained (without the email address, other than a hash of it) so that a paid purchase can be restored to a new account, and as required for accounting; the hashed install identifier is retained to prevent repeated free trials. On-device data is removed with "Reset" in the menu or by uninstalling the app.
The service is intended for people eligible to sit the Israeli theory exam and is not directed at children under 16.
You can request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at info@loometheus.com. Israeli law governs this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
